ORDERS AND PAYMENT
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB credit cards for payment. Credit cards are authorized and charged upon completion of order. Sales tax will be charged on Washington State orders based on the applicable tax rate at the delivery destination.
SATISFACTION POLICY
We make every effort to deliver quality merchandise accurately and timely, but on the rare occasion that you might not be satisfied with your order we’ll stand by any product for material or workmanship defects for an entire year after the shipping date. So if an item is defective or was damaged in shipping or if anything else has caused you to be dissatisfied with your order, please contact us with your order number and the details of your concern and we will do everything we can to respond to you within 2 business days.
RETURN POLICY
Used and non-personalized items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please return the items in the original shipping container with original packing materials to:

If you are requesting an exchange for a different size or item, please contact us with the details of your request, including your Order ID. If an order is submitted but you want to change it, you will have to pay for the cost of returning the mistaken item (if the mistake is NOT on our side). When you return the item, we will ship out the replacement to you. This policy is active as of 2PM PST 11/10/2020.

Your return will be totally free. Innersloth will cover any shipping costs necessary to return the order and to ship a replacement to you.
If we cannot provide a replacement for a limited-edition item, we’ll provide the full value of the returned item in the form of store credit.
We’ll cover any material or workmanship defects but not products that were damaged through neglect or everyday use.
If you received the product broken or it does not work as intended, you’re covered.
If you’ve dropped your figurine or worn the print off of your tee through hundreds of washes you’re not covered, sorry.
The more details that you tell us, the quicker we’ll be able to help you. At the very least, make sure you include your order number and the email address that you’d like to use for our correspondence.

PRODUCT TESTING POLICY
A number of environmental & safety requirements must be met before products can be sold or given away to consumers. We test our products according to United States CSPC requirements.
HANDMADE ITEMS POLICY
We are committed to working with and collaborating with independent creators. When purchasing a handmade item(s), you acknowledge it was not made in an industrial-grade sterilized facility and may have been exposed to allergens and other environmental factors such as animals, nuts and other food allergens, and similar products.

ATTENTION UNITED KINGDOM CUSTOMERS
Due to the changes in the United Kingdom’s VAT tax as a result of Brexit, as of 01/01/2021, we can no longer sell or ship any orders to the United Kingdom.
Sadly, there is no known timeline for when we will be able to resume shipping to the UK. We will continue to keep an eye on this issue and hopefully find a resolution so we can once again ship to our UK fans.
